As Hurricane Gabrielle continues trolling Atlantic waters toward the Azores as a Cat-2 storm, all Florida storm-tracking eyes are on AL-94 in the eastern Atlantic and AL-93 in the western Atlantic.
AL-94 has an 80% chance of developing, according to the National Hurricane Center in Miami. It's lashing out heavy rain and gusty winds into Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands today, and across the Dominican Republic beginning tonight. AL 93 is about 700 miles east of the Leeward Islands with a 90% chance of developing.
It's too soon to say if either poses a threat to Florida.
